Funke, who learned the art of pasta fatta a mano in Bologna under master pasta maker Alessandra Spisni, will come together with Conant to create a bi-coastal, multi-course feast of four handmade, seasonal pasta dishes that celebrate the time-honored traditions of Italian cuisine.
