On Tuesday, January 30, Scott welcomes his Chopped co-judge, chef Amanda Freitag, for one night only at Fusco. The two will prepare an Italian-American, collaborative five-course dinner reflecting their New Jersey & Connecticut upbringings.
The menu will consist of Italian-American classics with elevated twists, such as chicken parmigiana with bruléed parmesan custard, clams casino with bay scallops and maccheroni with polpettine ragu.
